The technician was polite and professional. It did take longer than I expected, which wasn't too much of an issue. The problem that I experience was the person with the desk adjacent to the customer lounge who takes the payments. She was very loud and was talking about a few of the customers very, very negatively and talking to either a co-worker or a friend saying "I hate people. Look what I have to deal with!" She referenced a few different customers and one she went on and on about how "stupid" they were. The customer apparently tried opening a sunroof in freezing temperatures and it broke. She also referenced someone, maybe the same person, who apparently couldn't get a hitch to work and I guess she didn't have something engaged etc. (I'm no pro either.) But I was there nearly an hour and a half and I was getting pretty upset with hearing about all the bad mouthing of customers. It was disheartening. I was thinking to myself, I wonder what negative thing she's going to say about me when I leave. Maybe she wasn't aware at one point, that I was there, since many of the other customers had come and gone, but not for long. Either way, I was pretty upset. She also was talking about some "girl" that had just gotten hired. She mentioned she was "nice" but not a "type A" personality like she was and she didn't know how it was going to "work out". She may have been the wife of one of the Techs or possibly even the service manager because some of the "guys" would come in and say "tell your husband this, or that etc. I'm not usually a complainer. I usually let things slide, but this was so over the top and unprofessional. I work in Employment Services and my thought was "I know hundreds of people who would love to have your job." Sorry.

Our service advisor Ben Mills is amazing. He explained everything that was being completed for our vehicle. We had questions regarding warning lights that had triggered and then went off. We are going to schedule another appointment for our Tahoe shortly to keep up with recommendations he made. We Love Young Chevrolet.

The staff are wonderful. They were very quick. It was less than an hour too change my oil and rotate my tires. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee.
